Our story
Voice of Hope Global Ministries was born from a simple conviction: where there is Christ, there is hope. Founded by Dr. Franckel Revalcy, our ministry gathers believers from many nations around prayer, the teaching of the Word, and compassionate service. Rooted in the gospel and open to the world, we carry a message of hope to those who are hurting, encourage those who doubt, and walk with each person in their journey with God.

A world where every person, whatever their language or nation, can hear the hope of the gospel, be supported in prayer, and grow as a disciple of Jesus Christ.

Dr. Franckel Revalcy
Founder & Ministry Leader
“Our calling is simple: to bring hope, faith, healing, and the Word of God to the nations.”
Dr. Franckel Revalcy is the founder of Voice of Hope Global Ministries. Originally from Haiti and based in the United States, he unites a calling to care for people with a passion for the Word of God.
A Registered Nurse (RN) in the United States and medically trained in Haiti, he devotes his life to serving others — in body and in soul. Holding a Master of Theology (M.Th) from the ÉLIM Bible School, he teaches, preaches, and walks with believers in their spiritual growth.
Beyond ministry, he is an educator, author, and gospel music artist, committed to carrying a message of hope through teaching, writing, and worship. He is married to Dr. Paulene Placide, his partner in life and in service.
