Endurance in the Unseen Season
Scripture
Galatians 6:9
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”
Reflection
Notice what Paul does not promise: he does not say the harvest comes quickly. He says it comes at the proper time. Most of leadership happens in seasons no one applauds — the years of preparation, the faithful Sunday when few showed up, the quiet obedience that produced no visible fruit. Weariness is not a sign that you are failing; it is a sign that you are carrying something real. The temptation is not usually to do evil. It is simply to stop.
Leadership insight
Faithfulness is measured in seasons, not moments. Decide today what you will still be doing in five years, and let that decision carry you through the weeks when nothing seems to grow.
Prayer
Lord, I am tired in places no one sees. Renew my strength. Help me to keep sowing when I cannot see the harvest, trusting that You are never late. Amen.
Today's step
Name the one commitment you are most tempted to abandon. Write down why you began it, and take the next small step today.
